I went here when I was at my worst - mentally and physically. I had severe low back pain and it was constant for over 6 months. It had gotten to a point where I couldn’t stand up straight. I was also getting depression over the pain in my lower back and couldn’t see a way forward without having the pain. My psychotherapist helped me on the road to recovery. Slowly by manual therapy and then later by teaching me exercises to help build the relevant muscle groups. Exercises that I could do myself at home or at the gym The treatment that I received was very specialized to my specific back problem with my physiotherapist being very empathetic throughout. Soon I was feeling a lot more positive and able to cope with my day to day life. I was also taught how to cope in case a relapse which has been especially valuable. I fully recommend this establishment for anyone who is having chronic pain. Young or old.
